From the red deserts of Australia to the silent, monumental statues of Easter Island, Radu Polizu takes readers on a mesmerizing journey through the living myths and breathtaking landscapes of the Pacific. Along the way, Aboriginal songlines, the fiery spirit of Hawaii’s volcanoes, the intricate rhythms of Māori dances, and the enduring mysteries of Rapa Nui weave together into a single narrative thread. This is a story of connection — between people and the land, between memory and myth, between the past and the ever-present spirit of the world. Radu’s prose invites readers to step into these landscapes, to listen to the whispers of the earth, and to witness how legend continues to shape both the land and those who walk upon it.
